Hiya,
I can't copy paste them (the website says reply too long), so I'm attaching them via .txt files.
And here are the logs.
Speccy doesn't look too bad, Your hard drive is getting old and you are getting some read errors:

Hi,
I'll clean up some space on the C drive definitely, and turn off that pending process.
However, the thing is there is no battery in my laptop - it didn't work anymore, so while I receive a new one, I'm plugged in.
Is there any way to fix/update the driver?
If you go into Safe Mode menu and choose Low Resolution Display that should kill off most of the video driver. See if interrupts goes down. If it does try updating the video driver. You can also Search for msconfig and hit Enter. Then go to Services tab and click on the box to hide Microsoft Services then uncheck
