I used a program named "MyPublicWiFi" to create a hotspot to share my Laptop's internet (which is from a USB Broadband) to my Android Phone (Asus Zenfon 4). I think its a program that uses the same operating as "netsh", I manage to create the hotspot and named "MyPublicWiFi" and I can connect to the Hotspot. Unfortunately the data in not being transferred at all.
The Access Type also shows : Internet on both the broadband and the MyPublicWiFi
