windows 10 store and other apps won't open, they don't even seem to exist? i've tried doing the powershell thing. i tried opeing a new use account. everything says it is updated? i can't synch my local account with my windows account and i think this might be the root of the prob? when i try to run troubleshooter it tells me that i have to be signed into my windows account but then it won't let me log in? i get the [bleep] "oops, not your fault but try again [bleep]" what else can i do?
