Can't use usb hidden copier

Hi. I tried usb hidden copier in my class to get the slides from teachers. the process uhcservice32.exe starts in task manager but it immediately ends. I used 2 windows 7 systems. they were protected by deep freeze but I think it only works after restarting?

It is possible that your anti virus protection is blocking the application because it sees it as a threat, what AV are you running, are you using the free or pro version of USB hidden copier.

JAFYI: It is not good practice to have USB devices auto run on your computer as it one of the many ways that malware is spread.
