When I tried to reset my computer it restarted and the 'choose your operating system' option came up, when I selected Windows 10 my Ethernet was limited and I couldn't log into my computer with the message 'your pic is offline please sign in with your last password'. When I restarted again and I selected any other option except from Windows 10 (like reset or cmd) my pc restarted and then my monitor said 'HDMI no signal'

:welcome:   Jacob Rees,

Couple of questions if I may;

Why did you need to reset the computer in the first place as in were you having problems with it.

Did the computer come with Windows 10 or has it been upgraded from Windows 7 or 8/8.1.

Please provide information about your computer, this includes is it a notebook or desktop, is it a custom build or brand name such as Dell or HP, if a brand name, provide the model name or series number (not serial).
