I want change my 400W power supply by a new silent power supply but I don't know which one or which brand. I see the are no fan power supply but really expensive. I want a silent pc because is in my tv room and I run plexserver. My cpu fan is a 16db sound. Thank you for suggestion

My setup:

-Power supply: Diablotek PSDA400

-Case: Diablotek CPA-9611B

-Motherboard: ECS A55F-M2

-CPU: AMD A6-3500 / 2.1GHz

-Cpu fan: Thermaltake A4022 TR2-R1

-Video on motherboard: Radeon HD 6530D APU

-Ram: 4GB DDR3

-Hard drive: Patriot PT264GS25SSDR Torqx 2 Solid State Drive - 64GB

-Hard drive: Seagate Barracuda 7200, 250GB

-Hard drive: Seagate Barracuda 7200, 1000GB

You have a low end Power supply change to a "80 PLUS BRONZE Certified" and you will notice the difference...
 
The Diablotek seems normal in size so any of those PSU's should fit.
