Hello,

I recently updated to windows 10 after a little too much peer pressure. I'm not a fan yet- but I figured a clean up would do some good. When trying to reset I always end up with a blue screen, a giant :( and a mention of WDF_violation. I've tried researching online how to get this fixed but nothing seems to work... So here I am, hoping to find a resolution to this mess.

Thanks for you time :)

:welcome:   Marie951088,

I've tried researching online how to get this fixed but nothing seems to work.

Can you tell us what you have tried + as much information about your computer as possible, brand and model name or number for example.
