I tried using Quick Steps today to sort my email. If someone sends me an email, I want to click on it in the viewing pane and it gets sent to their folder listed under "Inbox" on the left side of the page. I have tried to watch the Youtube videos but, This is my personal email not a business email and all the videos are for business.
That said, here is what I did trying to do this and the problem it caused. I clicked on an email, clicked "Move To" in the Quick Step section, in the drop down clicked for a new folder, clicked their folder, closed Quick Steps, tried the move, and now the "Move To" in the Quick Step section is now my senders name.
How do I straighten this out?
