No sign of Borland in Autoruns.
Download MiniToolBox and save the file to the Desktop.
Close the browser and run the tool, check the following options:
Click on Go.
Post the resulting log in your next reply.
Tip
Please avoid adding multiple posts while waiting for us to reply to your last post, edit your last post to include anything that you wish to add, this will ensure nothing gets overlooked which can sometimes happen if a thread has more than one page.
I apologize for the multiple posts. I didn't realize it would add multiple times, so I'm sorry
Here is the MiniToolBox results for your review. Thanks again for your help.

No Borland software present there either so not sure what that entry is, it does not appear to be causing any issues so I would leave it be.
Two things for you to do;
Create a new restore point then update the Intel Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework Client Driver which you can obtain from here
Download then run the Windows All in One Repair (free) from here, disregard the malware guidance but follow the other steps to the letter and in particular ensuring that you first create a new restore point and perform a proper Windows clean boot before running the repair, details for the clean boot here.
I will run the info you suggested and I will leave well enough alone with the ezrecover.exe since it doesn't seem to be causing any issues. You can mark this thread 'Solved' and I will contact you only if I have any problems. Thanks again for your assistance with helping me locate the problem.
With many thanks,
Jennifer
You are welcome
If we don`t hear back from you after a week or so we will consider and mark your thread as resolved
