Hello people. Once again, I'm back with a question.
I am using someone else's computer for a week now, they have W7 Ultimate 64bit.
I installed a few programs. I now want to delete the installers, however Windows tells me they are being used.
 

 
This happens with 3 other installers too. I don't know if it matters which ones, one of them is Glary Utilities.

Right click on the clock and select Start Task Manager.  

Select Processes

Scroll down and see if you can find any WoT... programs running.  Right click and End Process.  Then try.

Also look under Applications (End Task) and Services (Stop Service).

 

Then try to uninstall it.

All good recommendations. I tried what you said. I did see one world of tanks task, I shut it down. But it still doesn't let me delete the setup.exe, and the same with the other exe's.

Save it to your desktop then run it (Vista or Win7 - right click and Run As Administrator).  

 

View, Select Column, check Verified Signer, OK

Options, Verify Image Signatures

 

 

Click twice on the CPU column header  to sort things by CPU usage with the big hitters at the top.  

 

Wait a full minute then:

 

File, Save As, Save.  Note the file name.   Open the file  on your desktop and copy and paste the text to a reply.

Click on the Process column header so that Process Explorer sorts things by Process name.  Find all that start with Frap or Steam and right click on them and Kill Process.  Then try to uninstall WoT.

If the above doesn't help and you are not logging in remotely:  Kill the capital S processes from Splashtop.
