Please try the following:
Windows XP: Go to Start --> Settings --> Control Panel --> Add/Remove Programs
Windows Vista/7: Go to Start --> Control Panel --> Uninstall a Program
Find Microsoft C++ Redistributable (2005 and 2008, if applicable). Remove ALL instances of this.
When removed, reinstall via:
2008, 32-Bit: http://www.microsoft...ls.aspx?id=5582
2008, 64-Bit: http://www.microsoft...s.aspx?id=15336
2005, 32-Bit: http://www.microsoft...ls.aspx?id=3387
2005, 64-Bit: http://www.microsoft...s.aspx?id=21254
Once downloading, give it a try again. Please let me know if this works or not, as I've not tried it personally :-)
Note you need both the 2005 and 2008 version reinstalled, but only 32-bit or 64-bit, depending on your Operating System. To check this, Press Windows Key + Pause/Break, and it should tell you there if it's 64-bit or not :-)
Also if you see 2010 versions,
32 bit: http://www.microsoft...ls.aspx?id=5555
64 bit: http://www.microsoft...s.aspx?id=14632

Thank you so much for replying.
I might be being a bit dramatic but I have posted this several places and you are the only one that has commented.
It's going to take me a few days to get to try this, but I will definitely let you know what happens.

It did not work. I can run the game on the Intel card, but it looks like mud and chugs.
