Hp mini 1000 reinstall xp?

How do i reinstall xp if there is no disc drive? Can only open BIOS SETUP UTILITY. Please help

If you have an XP or HP recovery disk you can use an external USB optical drive, HP have a guide for this method here 

 

Have you checked for the Roxio BackOn Track tool on the HDD, see here
