lenovo touch screen not working

i formatted a lenovo thinkpad yoga 11e using windows 8.1 pro this gave 2 problem the first is that my hdd is not shown only the ssd i noticed this on the windows setup the second is after format the touch screen is not working using driver pack solutions and lenovo diagnostic tool did not help

Did you install the chipset utility?


Search for Device Manager and hit Enter


View, Show Hidden Devices


Look in the right pane for yellow flagged devices.  Right click on each yellow device and  select Properties.  Click on the Details Tab.  Change the Property to Hardware IDs.  Select the top line then right click and Copy.  Paste it into a reply.
