I run a small family self-catering business and use Sky for Wifi provision.  Unfortunately we are having major problems accessing our website on any Sky networks, although access via different network providers is fine!  This is really starting to affect our business, as any customers with Sky home networks can’t place bookings, so I really urgently need your help.

 

Whilst on a Sky wifi network, when I try to access www.whitbyholidayhome.com I am redirected to a SEDO parking page!

 

If I use a non-Sky network or work VPN I can access the correct page.  This effects all computers and mobile devices and anyone using a Sky network!

 

Please can you help?!  I called the Sky broadband technical help line but they didn’t understand the problem.
