So, I need to make sure my comptuer is clean. I ran ad-aware and my anti-virus and such and I'm just making sure everything is gone. Please check out my log and see if there's anything left.
(My computer is also taking an exceptionally long time to boot up lately and I don't know if it's related to all of this or not...any suggestions are welcome.)

I can't seem to locate my windows xp cd...is there any other way to repair windows?

There are other ways--but they all require the CD.

You might try updgrading to XP Service Pack 2 and see if that helps.

I found my XP CD and sucessfully repaired windows...but it still takes a solid 10-15 minutes to start up my computer. Any suggestions? or should I post in a different thread?

Try clearing your BIOS/CMOS. Disconnect the power, remove the computer case, look for a battery on the motherboard (like shown below). Remove this battery for at least five minutes. Then replace the battery, and reconnect the power. Reboot and see if it worked. You'll need to reset the system time and date.
