Hi

Hoping someone can help me figure out what's going on. I installed Fallout 4 on my desktop yesterday (windows 10) it was the boxed version so some of it steam downloaded in a couple of hours. When I go to play it I get the screen that shows play options support exit. As soon as I click play I get a black window and then the pop up says Fallout 4 has stopped working and from event viewer I get this:

Faulting application name: Fallout4.exe, version: 1.5.205.0, time stamp: 0x5734a964
Faulting module name: Fallout4.exe, version: 1.5.205.0, time stamp: 0x5734a964
Exception code: 0xc0000005
Fault offset: 0x0000000001ca47bc
Faulting process id: 0x23a8
Faulting application start time: 0x01d1c4fe80ea0e12
Faulting application path: J:\- GAMES\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Fallout4.exe
Faulting module path: J:\- GAMES\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Fallout4.exe
Report Id: 8f0caf25-3d00-40be-8c33-e9b5cdfd6aac
Faulting package full name:
Faulting package-relative application ID:

I've googled some but I can't find anything that seems to help.

Thanks in advance :)

Lisa
