Dear experts, 

 

I need your kind help and knowledge for make the best purchase I can inside my budget

 

I'm going to replace my existing Compaq mini 311c-1150sl that is unfortunately dying slowly. I've checked many "best laptop under 500EUR" and everybody has got a different opinion, so I'm struggling to make mine...

 

The requirements are simple

- lightness (~1.5kg)

- speed good enough for work on a ~10k lines excel file, browsing and normal office work. Occasional photo editing. No gaming, 3D stuff, etc.

- win 10

- long battery time

- display at least 12", bigger is better

- have to be robust because travel a lot and not always works in an air conditioned environment

- Nice to have: colorful or nice design 

 

I'm shopping in the Italian market

Hello Faina,

 

First of all, sorry that you have waited longer than we would like for you to receive a reply to your OP, this rarely happens but can on occasion for one reason or another, in this instance I suspect that it is due to you being in Italy and many of our members may not be familiar with computer suppliers there etc.

 

The requirements are simple

Not going to happen with a notebook type computer.

 

Colour is a bit of a problem I`m afraid;
