No error at all?

Let's see if it left anything in the log:

Copy the next two lines:

findstr  /c:"[SR]"  \windows\logs\cbs\cbs.log  >  \windows\logs\cbs\junk.txt
notepad \windows\logs\cbs\junk.txt

Start, All Programs, Accessories, right click on Command Prompt and Run as Administrator, Continue.  Right click and Paste or Edit then Paste and the copied line should appear.
Hit Enter. Copy and paste the text from notepad or if it is too big, just attach the file.)

Oh, I did finally get this:  Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service

Do you still want me to type those other 2 lines?

No, try:

net start trustedinstaller

Does it give you an error?

OK.  Try one line at a time

findstr  /c:"[SR]"  \windows\logs\cbs\cbs.log  >  \windows\logs\cbs\junk.txt

Hit Enter

notepad \windows\logs\cbs\junk.txt

Hit Enter

See if:

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Will do anything.  I know it works in Win 8 but I'm not sure about 7.
