In the control panel, when I try to access display, it only comes up with the properties i.e. just my theme - not appearance, screensaver, wallpaper or any other tabs. Can you help?

Please download Attached File  Pollicies_Fix.zip   800bytes   179 downloads, extract it from a safe location. Double-click fixfirst.reg then agree with the merge. Double-click fixsecond.reg then agree with the merge.

For those of you with this problem, I have found the solution. The tabs still won't show but at least you can navigate to the different catagories.

Press Alt-Tab

Easy. It'll take you too the next category - i.e. From "Theme" to "Wallpaper", from "Wallpaper" to "Screensaver" etc

the picture in my name is what we called as avatar. It can be set on the My Controls, found at the upper right of this site. Browse to Edit Avatar Settings, choose a picture then update it.
