Greetings from the Great Country of TEXAS,

Have a friend having a problem with the "at" (@) sign and double quotations (") being exchanged positions on her keyboard.  Is there any way this could be swapped in software?  If so how may it be changed back to original settings?

I know the @ is upper case '2' and the " is upper case key next to the 'Enter' key.  Never have heard of this taking place before.
