I've set-up many rules in Outlook for different purpose and all of these rules are very important to me. I don't want to lose them in any situation but in case if they are lost by mistakes or they get mismatched, then how can I get them back? Is there any manual method to create a backup of Outlook rules so that i can use the same Outlook rules on  another PC?

  1. Outlook 2007: Navigate to Tools > Rules And Alerts > Options. In the Options window, click Export Rules, and choose a file location.
  2. Outlook 2010/2013: On the File tab on the Ribbon, navigate to Info > Manage Rules and Alerts > Options.
