makes no real difference (think sound might be slightly better on the pro), but it's a case of either or, you can overclock on both so neither is a wrong choice in my opinion.

the only time in my experience when choosing a motherboard makes any real difference is if it has a feature you want/need over any other motherboard your considering.
personally for my skylake build i bought a more expensive z170 board than i really needed to just because it included built in wifi which was a feature i wanted on that build, usually though i try and buy the cheapest board that has want i need so i can spend more money elsewhere like cpu or gpu.
in your scenario though i can't see a reason to choose one over the other here because of any features like usb 3.1, m2 slot or pci-e 3.0 for example.
so in my opinion if you want the pro get the pro you won't regret it and if you decide to buy the cheaper a board, you also won't regret that choice either.
