Hi,

WE just recently created a new responsive site and moved all the content over from our old site including videos. Videos were working before on our old site. Videos were setup previously with 4 version (mp4, mpeg, ogg, flv) uploaded to Amazon S3 to play on JWplayer from our site. No problems.

Since moving to  our new responsive website, videos are lagging/stalling quite badly. The videos are the same videos that were on our old site and hosted on Amazon S3. We've checked with Amazon S3 and they say they feel its an encoding issue. We checked with our web developer, who tells us that although he has installed/updated to a newer version of JW player, he feels the issue is still with the encoding of our videos. We checked with JW player and they say they dont see any issues.

WE have since re-encoded a video and loaded that to Amazon. It still lags when played from our site.

I am wits end about how to solved the lagging issue.

Can anyone make any recommendations?

Thanks

Soni
