Hi PBot,

Glad you got it sorted and thank you for posting the solution so that it may help others

Regarding the Windows 7 updates and AMD drivers, Windows 7 users have been having problems with updating computers for months and more than one person has suggested that it was down to subterfuge on Microsofts behalf as a way of forcing people to upgrade to Windows 10, I personally do not buy into this as you can imagine the scale of the class action should it be proven, the AMD drivers is an odd one as the only way that they could affect Sleep would be if they were interfering with the OS in some way, one to keep in mind for the future though.

Good to see you got some quality support from both AMD and Intel and on our behalf you are most welcome PBot  :)
