Do you have the original OS disk and Microsoft product key, if yes, do a full format and reinstall, we are able to help you with this.

 

 

Is this not an option for you, it would be better to have an earlier but legitimate OS than what you have at the moment.

Only if you have a legitimate Microsoft product key to use with any previous OS that may have been installed.
