What do you call the process by which I can view and control the operation of another person's PC?

 

Using a W10 deskto, I would like to remotely observe and control the operation of a desktop with XP. How do I set that up?

You are very welcome batpark.

I advice you to stick with TeamViewer its very easy to use you don't need to configure nothing except for installing TeamViewer on computers you want to remotely connect to.
