So every now again my computer would randomly shut down or get blue screen of death every now and again and as time has gone on and I've been more mobile with my computer it's been happening more frequently. I download BlueScreenView but it will not retrieve the minidump. Anything I can do? Is it indicative of a lower-level software issue and not a hardware issue? Any and all help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hello burntreesplease,

1. Copy any dmp files from C:\Windows\Minidump onto the desktop.

2. Select all of them, right-click on one, and click on Send To> New Compressed (zipped) Folder.

3. Upload the zip folder using the More Reply Options tab then the Attach button, bottom left of the dialogue input box

Hello and sorry Technician. If you or anyone i able to respond I'm still having the issue and it's strange because when I visit that folder via Treesize it's completely empty even though I BSOD'd last night. What could that possibly mean?

I installed Malwarebytes and alspo have AVG Free but after last Malwarebytes scan lots of files were put on Quarantine and now many games (cracked) won't work and I can´t restore the quarantined files back, that´s when I got BSOD . What can I do ? I would appreciate4 any advise. Thnks
