One of our laptops crashed we can't access it in any way. Is there any way we can use our other laptop to fix it?

What exactly happens when you press the power button?

What is the make and full model number of the laptop.

What OS is it running?

Can you please give more information regarding your problem, actually the information you have provided is not sufficient enough to help you out?
 
Can you please tell us that is your hard drive has crashed or there is some other problem with your hard drive?
 
What actually happened, when you tried to turn on your laptop?
