Smitfraud.c Security warning

Am having trouble removing the Smitfraud security warning. It apears briefly during the boot sequence, just before the logon window. My PC appears to be running OK, thankfully I dont have any of the problems experienced by other members, but would like to get rid of the window just to be sure....
I have followed the instructions in previous threads, and have ran CleanUp!, Ad-Aware SE, CWShredder, Spybot S&D, Ewido Security Suite, Mcafee, Active Scan and TDS-3.
