i can use google chrome.. is all everything else is disabled i guess.. ??
CANNOT INSTALL MALWARE VIRUS REMOVAL TOOLS DONT WORK
Been hijacked or something.. no softwares will launch or work.. says fix shortcuts..

when I try to access CMD admin or any program i get red X.. saying this file does not have program associated with it for performing this action
