how to insall kad on emule it say ,Kad:connectiing, don't know what to do can anybody give me instrustions thank.

Just wait till eMule connects to Kad network....
there's no special download...

Kad won't connect it say connecting. don't know what to configure

make sure you are running the latest version. it should be .46a. also you may have to adjust your firewall. if you go to options and click on connections you will get the option to test your ports (firewall, router settings).
