hi guys

every 15 mins or so my computer screen goes black while trying to watch movies but still get sound...ive gone thru my power options and have set everything to never but still will go black until i touch the touchpad or mouse...im not using a screensaver and have googled around with everyone saying its power options thats causing it, but my problem is still there...any suggestions?

Hi Shaz,

Is your computer appeared black in the case of watching movies or it also behaves the same when you run other applications or play music? Please let me know this, so that I can figure out the exact problem.
