Since changing the router in my Windows 10 desktop system. I have not been able to activate the scanner in my HP 2450 All-in-One wireless printer-scanner. I am able to connect my pc to the internet and can connect with a smartphone and an iPad that work throughat router. So too, I am able to print with the HP2450. Just the scan function does not work
If I click the Windows icon (next to the Ctrl button) and then “All apps”, I see “Scan” among my Apps --- but clicking it does not activate the scan function.
Can someone suggest what I ought to do to get the scanner to work again? Thanks. ...batpark
