Your Norton Internet Security(Version: 22.6.0.142 - Symantec Corporation) Is out of date. Is the subscription valid ?

If you're not using it, we should uninstall it, Windows 10's own Anti Virus will kick in when you do uninstall Norton.

What issues are we still having ?

It has taken me 1 hour today to enter 26 contacts into my yahoo account! I am trying to send a group email and it keeps locking up. I am at the point that I want to throw this thing out the window :-/

Ok, lets try something else called system file checker easy to do using a command prompt..

Right click on the start button, select command prompt. When the command prompt opens copy and paste this command into it

sfc /scannow
Let it run and tell me what it says after.

The only other thing I could suggest is to try an reset windows 10 and keep your files.

Reset windows 10 and keep your files.
http://www.laptopmag...t-windows-10-pc
Please read carefully

This reset (or recovery/reinstall/refresh) option lets users return windows 10 to its original state without losing photos, music, videos or personal files. This is the least invasive reset option. You will retain accounts, personal files and personal settings. Windows Store apps and Desktop apps must be reinstalled.

Also you will loose the ability to go back to the previous operating system
