How goes it compaq man? I understand that you need the device drivers to use the Compaq IJ200
with the Windows XP operating system.
The drivers are unavailable directly from HP. use the Lexmark z12 color printer from the following Web site to use the printer, the driver is the CJXP12LE.EXE

Instructions for installing in Windows XP
1.) Save the Lexmark driver file to your computer (Desktop is recommended)
2.) A.) Double-Click the downloaded file on your computer to expand it. Choose Unzip to unzip the file to the C:\LxkZxx directory (where xx is the model number of your printer).
B.) Depending on your computer setup, choose:
1. Click Start, Settings, Printers, Add Printer.

2. Click Start, Control Panel, Printers and Other Hardware, Add a Printer.
C.) Follow the instructions on the screen. When asked to select the manufacturer and model of your printer click the 'Have Disk' button.
D.) Click the Browse button and go to the folder where you expanded the downloaded file (the default is C:\LXKZxx). Choose Open, then OK.
E.) Lexmark Zxx Color Jetprinter should appear. Choose Next. Follow the on-screen instructions.
F.) If you are prompted to Replace or Keep Existing Driver, choose Replace.
G.) When asked if you wish to print a Test Page, choose No.
H.) If you receive a warning message that the printer hasn’t passed Windows Logo testing, choose Continue Anyway. Your Lexmark Printer has been thoroughly tested and is fully compatible with Windows XP.
The Lexmark Zxx Color Jetprinter is now ready to print!
