Here is my problem, thanks (it's been 2 days since i got it) and i don't know what to delete nor what to save! pleaseeeeeeeeeeee?

i'm pinned down with some of my applications.. like daemon tools, kaspersky due to errors in the kernel or kernels... -.- also i ve got 2 files that won't be deleted thn32.dll and okvelxo.exe ALSO when i run safe mode it says something like "Press Esc if you don't want to load d347bus.sys" hope i'm not such a pain but look.. reaaally i don't know what to do and i would appreciate your help, sorry if my english doesn't matches yours but i'm from L.A (Latin America) and sometimes i can't find the right word or it's bad conjugated.
