I've run the series of utilities, and still cannot shake some malware/spyware from a system in our office. In fact, it seems to be problematic enough that is crashes CWSHREDDER, and occasionally crashes WINSOCKFIX. I'm aware of what most of these are, but I suspect an entry that I'm not aware of is the culprit for the frequent return of programs.
