Netscape 7.2, Huge fonts! What's wrong

For no reason at all, yesterday I walked over to my computer and all the fonts on my Netscape 7.2 browser are really big. All the text overlaps and I can't figure whats wrong. I ran several spyware programs on it an found none. I also ran the "Trendmicro House call online scan" which usually works great for me, and it also found nothing.

Help!!!
