How do i stop my computer from going to sleep?

ive looked at the stickies, couldnt find an answer. i need to do a defrag, and it should take about 12 hours. it wont defrag when my computer goes to sleep when i try it overnight, so i was wondering how do i turn sleep off?

Right click the desktop then click screensaver, set the screensaver to none, click apply, click power then set monitor, hard disk and standby to never, click apply and OK

You can reset them after the defrag.
