I have outlook express i think it's the 2003 edition and everytime i go into it i have to select send/receive to view messages that have been sent to me can you help me on this please?

Open Outlook Express, click tools then options, on the general tab, tick send and receive messages at start up, tick check for messages every...and adjust the frequency to suit, click apply.

For OUTLOOK 2003, open outlook, click tools then options then mail set up, tick send immediately when connected, click apply, click send / receive, tick schedule an automatic send receive every.and adjust the frequency to suit, click apply
