Another Antivirus GOLD hijacking

I ran through the diag's listed in the "Before you post" section. I tried to use your explaination in the June 5th post but figured I could do more harm as the registries are not the same.

When booting up in normal mode I am getting the error msg;

Explorer.exe Application Error
Failed to initialize 0xc0000005

Then sometimes I get the message about the Trojan-spy.html.smitfraud.c but after I ran all of the diag's unilties when I rebooted in normal mode I didn't get this last msg.

I have fixed the problem....or a friend of mine did. Don't know what he did but I can get a detaioed answer if anyone needs it.
