Tv tuner avermedia m150 driver problems

When trying to install the drivers, the installation stops on a ks.sys file and fails to install it, saying "The Data Is Invalid"

I followed the instructions given at http://www.aver.com/...ata_invalid.doc
but the problem still happens saying that

"An error occurred during th installation of the device
The data is invalid"
