Kind of embarrased....I can find the tools option or that little gear looking icon.

I have from left to right in upper right hand corner.... star, three stacked lines, square w/pen in it, circle with three little dots and then three horizontal dots.

Still looking though.

Hit the alt key on the keyboard,

Then look for the

_File _Edit _History _Tools _ Help

Menu in the browser
It should pop up when hitting alt key.
Then click tools an proceed.

Never be embarrassed, half the time I can't find this stuff either.

Thanks
Joe :)

LOL....well I found a search window and entered "internet options"...I was able to navigate to the screens you advised of.

Did the reset deal and still cant cut and paste....I say no real big deal at this point....Im gonna have to start using the Chrome Google.

Computer seems to be doing better...still has random lag with videos from time to time.

Oh..I tried the ALT key..it didnt display anything...kinda a dead key on the board I guess.

I tried to attach a screen shot of what "right clicking" gives me for an option on iE when trying to copy and paste for what its worth.

Thanks!!!!

You usually get infected because your security settings are too low.

Here are a number of recommendations that will help tighten them, and which will contribute to making you a less likely victim:
