Forgive my poor English. I've tried lots of ways but none of them works. Can anyone give me some advice? Should I replace the motherboard?

Semantha,
Couple of questions if I may;
Do any of the power LEDs on the notebook light up when you press the power on button or is it completely dead.
Is the replacement power adapter the exact same one as the original.
Have you tried removing the battery and using only the AC adapter to power the notebook.
If the MB has failed it would most likely be less expensive to purchase a new notebook as replacement notebook MBs are expensive and having a tech replace the board will also be costly.
Off to work now but will check back later.

I've tried the above ways you mentioned before, however, they all failed.
So I'm considering replace the motherboard and I've seached lots of replacement guide.
I think it won't be hard for me. Just thinking is this a motherboard failure.

Before we can make any sort of suggestion we need to know the answers to the questions that are asked.
Two other things that need to be taken into consideration: 1: It could be a bad CPU. 2: If the original AC adapter has failed and the replacement is not the correct one it could mean that no power is getting to the MB, we will have a better idea once we have the answers to the above two questions.
NB: Notebook repairs are expensive because there is a lot of time and work involved, put an incompatible screw in the wrong place and the replacement board will short out and be ruined, only undertake the task if you are 100% confident that you can do it safely and correctly.
