Hi,

I bought a new laptop. I connected it along with my PC and smart phone to the WiFi router. There wasn't any issue last week. But, yesterday evening, when I tried to access internet on my new laptop, I couldn't get connected. I am getting connection on other devices. I'm not sure what is possibly wrong. I turned on and off the router, but still can't connect. The router is Netgear - AC1200 and Internet service is DS by xxxxxx. I need some help here to figure out the issue with my laptop.

:welcome:   Lily14,

From your OP;

I am getting connection on other devices. I'm not sure what is possibly wrong.

This proves that there is nothing wrong with your internet service and that the problem is with your computer somehow, the reason that the ISP link was removed from your OP was because it served no useful purpose and could come across as spam.

Does your computer have an on/off button for the wireless device or alternatively does it use one or two hot keys to enable the device.

Do you have any wireless icon on the task bar, if yes and it has a red X over it then it has been disabled somehow, if it has a yellow ! it means that the device has issues.

Can you post the brand and model name or number of the notebook so that we can do some research.
