Hi Jlperalc.
When you downloaded the FRST files to the flash drive did you save them to the root of drive e.g. they are in E:\ not in a sub folder like E:\users\frst.exe?

no, I downloaded them into my laptop and downloaded them into my flashdrive...

Can you confirm if the FRST files were saved to the root of the flash drive e.g. they are in E:\ and not in a sub folder like E:\users\frst.exe.

Ok. where on the flash drive are they saved? For instance when you open the flash drive do you see the files FRST and FRST64.exe?

ok. just to confirm - at the command prompt you are typing E:\frst64.exe without any spaces?

yes, when I open my flash drive I see the FRST and FRST.exe, and when I type E:\frst.exe and E:\frst64.exe I do it without any spaces ...

I even tried using letter D: thats the letter of my flash drive to see if it recognize it to see, but nothing

ok. it's late here again so I wil be going offline. I'll have a think about why it is not running.
