I booted up the computer today, accessed one of my email accounts and found that I had literally hundreds of emails that I did not send yet they bounced back to me. The article I found here explained where they came from and that they are called backscatter.
My problem is that I had went through deleting the pages of backscatter emails and not long after the last were deleted I lost access t that account and have not been able to access it since. This is the message that is on the page:
HTTP ERROR 403
Problem accessing /service/extension/saml2acs. Reason:
The account cannot be accessed at this time.

When I refresh the page I get the following message:
HTTP ERROR 500
Problem accessing /service/extension/saml2acs. Reason:
The system cannot process your request at this time.

I am not sure what all this means without extensive research and thought maybe someone here was familiar with this and could save me some time.
Has my email client been taken offline or was my email account shut down due to some kind of attack that I know very little about?
