Hi I just want to start off by saying that I think what you do here is great. And I understand that everyone here is helping other people on their free time so I hate to have to be a bother, but I have been very patiently checking my post for the past week now hoping to hear something from someone and have gotten no new response since June 16. Also I have been reading through the recent new posts and it seems as though people who posted just yesterday are getting answers so I fear I may have been forgotten about. I dont think I am supposed to post a new log until someone gets back to me (I read the rules) but again I fear I have been forgotten about. I would appreciate anything you can do for me.

Hello prune :tazz:

I'm sorry we missed you.Well Im sure you waited long enough so lets get started.

You may wish to print out a copy of these instructions to follow while you complete this procedure.

Download and install CleanUp! Here but do not run it yet.
*NOTE* Cleanup deletes EVERYTHING out of temp/temporary folders and does not make backups.

Please download the trial version of Ewido Security Suite here:
http://www.ewido.net/en/download/
Install it, and update the definitions to the newest files. Do NOT run a scan yet.

Please download Nailfix from here:
http://www.noidea.us...050515010747824
click on spyware utilities just to the left of center and its the first one
Unzip it to the desktop but please do NOT run it yet.

Next, please reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the following:
1) Restart your computer
2) After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, press F8.
3) Instead of Windows loading as normal, a menu should appear
4) Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode.

Please uninstall the following(if present) Click Start>>>control panel>>>add/remove
VVSN

Using windows explorer( right click start, left click explore)
Search for and delete these files and folders
C:\Program Files\VVSN <<<<<< whole folder
c:\windows\system32\rjxeeuj.exe
c:\windows\system32\tmczrga.exe

Now run Cleanup!

please double-click on Nailfix.cmd. Your desktop and icons will disappear and reappear, and a window should open and close very quickly --- this is normal.

Then please run Ewido, and run a full scan. Save the logfile from the scan.

Next please run HijackThis, click Scan, and check (if present):

F2 - REG:system.ini: Shell=Explorer.exe C:\WINDOWS\Nail.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [VVSN] C:\Program Files\VVSN\VVSN.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [qhwcgav] c:\windows\system32\rjxeeuj.exe
O9 - Extra button: PartyPoker.com - {B7FE5D70-9AA2-40F1-9C6B-12A255F085E1} - C:\Program Files\PartyPoker\PartyPoker.exe (file missing)
O9 - Extra 'Tools' menuitem: PartyPoker.com - {B7FE5D70-9AA2-40F1-9C6B-12A255F085E1} - C:\Program Files\PartyPoker\PartyPoker.exe (file missing)

Close all open windows except for HijackThis and click Fix Checked.

Restart your computer in normal mode and please post a new HijackThis log, as well as the log from the Ewido scan.

I downloaded Ewido however when i clicked on the link for clean up this came up.

"Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /index.php on this server.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Apache/1.3.33 Server at spywareaid.com Port 80"

And when i clicked on the link for nail fix this came up.

"No such file

The file you requested does not exist in our database. "

Print this out
Disconnect from the internet

Disable any real time anti-virus,spware programs you have as they may interfere with this (Renable after you reboot)

Please go offline, close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Scan and when it finishes, put an X in the boxes, only next to these following items, then click fix checked.

F2 - REG:system.ini: Shell=Explorer.exe C:\WINDOWS\Nail.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [qhwcgav] c:\windows\system32\rjxeeuj.exe

navigate to c:\windows\system32\rjxeeuj.exe<<<<<and delete this file.
if you cant delete it for some reoson reboot to safemode and delete it

Ok. I did everything you said.....I disconnected from internet....i exited and disabled everything that was showing on my bottom right hand of the start bar.

Ran HJT deleted the files you told me to. Then when I searched for went to
c:/windows/system32/..... I could not find a file called rjxeeuj or rj anything for that matter.

I rebooted and when i did all my spyware automatically came back on again by itself then i ran HJT one more time (didnt do a fix tho) and here is my log.

Ok the nail file is being a little stubborn :tazz:

lets go after it again

Please update Ewido

Next, please reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the following:
1) Restart your computer
2) After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, press F8.
3) Instead of Windows loading as normal, a menu should appear
4) Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode.

Please uninstall the following(if present) Click Start>>>control panel>>>add/remove
VVSN

Using windows explorer( right click start, left click explore)
Search for and delete these files and folders
C:\Program Files\VVSN <<<<<< whole folder

Now tun Cleanup

Then please run Ewido, and run a full scan. Save the logfile from the scan.

Next please run HijackThis, click Scan, and check (if present):

F2 - REG:system.ini: Shell=Explorer.exe C:\WINDOWS\Nail.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [VVSN] C:\Program Files\VVSN\VVSN.exe

Reboot and post a new hijack log
