Hi phillpower2,

No good news yet.

Everything went pear shaped after Google and Chrome did an update,

I have to go through all my favourite web sites and re- do the logins.

Surprisingly Geeks was the only one not affected.

Hopefully soon I will get back to you to sort out this scan problem.

Regards

I have saved the whole webpage but it looks complicated.

All those Options are a bit scary

Can I get a step by step about it from somewhere?

Hi phillpower2,

There was a big update for Windows 10 which seems to have fixed a few of the problems so hopefully tomorrow, my time, I will run the scan and see what happens.

Thank you very much phillpower2, i have created my own forums just to add my tutorials, and batch scripts and help  those who ask for assistance i had no way to add some of my tutorials i want to forums i'm member of i have tutorials and batch scripts at Bleeping Computers as well but was not able to create tutorials i wanted and if i provide my tutorial link on Bleeping Computer it still be considered site promotion for Bleeping Computer forums. I don't mind and have promoted other forums like Bleeping Computer on my forums and i will do same for Geeks to Go as long as i found a good source on any website i see it as helping public with there questions i don't mind i will provide to link to this forums as well, as you can see i'm at Geeks to Go before i started my forums and still here after i have put online my forums and i will always support forums who are assisting and protecting public.

Hi phillpower2,

Good news at last!

Screen print attached.

Bit of a marathon run on this one and many, many thanks for staying with me.

I do like also Freebooter's comment ' i will always support forums who are assisting and protecting public' I think this sums up Geeks overall.

I don't understand computers as such, enough to operate one to do my work

I help a few places around by restoring black and white photographs and in some cases having to redraw the entire scene.

When I was in the camera shop a Kodak rep came in  and said that a new camera had just arrived and he gave me an early model digital camera.

His famous quote was "just a passing fad, they won't take off."

We still meet and have coffee.

Regards and many thanks for the help.
