Firstly, hi and thanks for any help.

I received an email from a client in Australia, and for some reason cannot send a reply.

Here is the error message I am receiving. Is there any action I can take to be able to successfully deliver the email?

Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address.

Hi,

The other person have the e-mail address not correctly configured on the e-mail client [email protected].ao instead of [email protected].au I suppose.

<***********@yahoo.com.ao>:
No MX or A records for yahoo.com.ao

It means there is no record of a server to receive mail for the domain yahoo.com.ao

Anyway, looks like that worked, so thanks again and all the best.
